Lucky you! That hat is amazing...sighing. My mom said when she was a little girl, a man would come around with a pony and take photos of the kids on it. She said most people didn't have camera back then. I have a picture of my aunts and my uncles on a pony...I wonder if this pretty little girl is like my family with a traveling pony or if she is the proud pony owner. If photos could just talk to us! I was just thinking...wouldn't it be time to go to the thrift store again? But no, I just enjoy your great finds! I have to put myself to a hold. I live her near the black belt too (like Karla), and I see hats walking down the street every Sunday, but never never a pink one, or one with flowers...too bad! Enjoy your new and great finds, have a nice day!

So pretty Lori! I was going through my 'horse crazy' phase at about that little girls' age, so can totally relate to the big smile she has...what a big day that must have been for her.

Nice things! And I like your reminder to keep an open mind to something good that might find me today. Because that could take many forms of course, not only of the vintage kind.

Owww.... that hat!!! It's gorgeous!!!!! And the little girl on her pony is sóóó cute! I had some great findings too this week, a set of old pans (green enamel, for just 2 euro's) and an old ladder for the same amount. That will look nice in the garden. This is a lucky week!

Hello, dearest Lori! I love those sweet little garters. I wonder what it must have been like to hold your stockings up with these? I'm always intrigued by vintage and antique lingerie items. They are the epitome of femininity.
