the cat's outta the bag

I was going to keep this under wraps until LolliShops opened, but the cat got outta the
bag so to speak, so I will share with all of you. While on my little hiatus here, I have
learned how to needle felt and I tell you what: I am in love with this technique.

Funny thing: in spite of the fact that I really had no idea how to get started ... I could see
the finished creation in my mind's eye. And lucky me: the finished product looked exactly
like I had hoped it would. Don'tcha just love when that happens? I hope you will join me
when LolliShops opens to see all of the felties that I will have for sale.

In the meantime, here are two that I have made and gifted as presents to family.

Miss Elyfont:

And Darling Miss Kitty:

Huge thank yous to all the girls who dropped me a line while I was gone, that really
meant the world to me and I am glad to know that I was missed. I am still going to
remain on a semi~hiatus, I will try to visit a little more but won't be posting very much
for a while yet.
